99% of all work / deliverables related to the EarthHero Mobile App Phase 2 project should be recorded on the Kanban board for visibility and transparency’s sake.

At the end of the week Friday (sprint), right after the Demo there will be a sprint planning meeting to discuss the status of the kanban board and to plan for next week (next sprint):
Teams will give their respective updates in order:
During the meeting, strategy will share their screen of the Kanban Board and change/create each kanban card depending on what is discussed in the call.
