    1. Tech Fleet, we have a handoff template in place, but it’s not consistently used or fully effective across all projects. The current template doesn’t accommodate the varied needs of different teams, clients, and stakeholders, making it difficult to standardize and prioritize key information for different uses. As a result, the handoff process often lacks clarity and relevance, leading to gaps in knowledge transfer and a slower transition between project phases. Additionally, the handoff process is not yet integrated into our new workflows, such as onboarding new team members or starting new project phases. It can also play a role in the creation of case studies. This disconnect limits the potential for the handoff documents to be used effectively for these purposes, leaving valuable insights under utilized.
