This document outlines the culmination of the Dyslexia reading app Phase 1 project. It serves as a formal record detailing the project's completion, accomplishments, challenges, and the overall process.
During Dyslexia reading App Phase 1, we focused on developing the feature list for the Dyslexia App. The key focus was to develop a user-centric low fidelity design with key features for both Educators & Students. MVP must-haves for the Educator-facing side of the app included student profiles for monitoring progress and the educator dashboard. MVP must-haves for the Student-facing side of the app included first-time user onboarding, cognitive training core concept and student dashboard.
Feature specifications were documented in the form of acceptance criteria and UX design and writing deliverables like user task flows, user stories, personas, user journeys, content style guide etc. Research and testing insights/recommendations from continuous discovery include competitive analysis, interviews, and preliminary validation of user personas and flows.
We conducted a qualitative risk analysis assessment for the entire product development lifecycle and proposed mitigation methods along with risk backlog for phase 2.
