Primary Agile Coach - There can be multiple primary agile coaches in a project. Primary agile coaches are the coaches who schedule and lead workshops during the project pre-kickoff and sprints, and own the coaching success on the team, being accountable for both the team and the secondary agile coaches.
Secondary Agile Coach - Secondary agile coaches are a part of their own peer-to-peer groups supporting each other’s practice and preparation for the project work, and participating in agile coaching work, supporting the primary agile coaches. As a backup coach if the primary coaches are not available
