Think back to a time you were on a team or working in a group. Reflect on how agile that team or group was, and how they progressed over time. This should be based on the lessons you’re learning in the class related to agile transformation and agile operations.

Write a two to three page paper reflection on the following questions:

1. Tell us about your team, describe the environment and situation.
2. How agile was the team? Was the team practicing waterfall or agile philosophies?
3. In which ways did the team carry out agile or waterfall philosophies?

4. What challenges did the team face when working in agile or in waterfall?
5. How did the team grow and progress?
6. What, if anything, would you do differently today now that you know about agile philosophies and transformation?
