I wanted to add some questions to consider when it comes to product strategy.
1.) Ticket System
- How should we show progress with our work and planning?
- Trello, Jira, Monday, etc. What works best for you to help plan sprints on your end?
2.) Ticket Structure
- Would it be useful to high level story tickets/epics based on features or tasks (for example: User Interviews) This would then have tasks to break off to specific action owners?
- Would it be useful to user story based tickets (for example: as a user, I would like to be able to sign up for mentoring.)
- How do we want to handle estimations and grooming?
- Estimations being the level of complexity or time for a specific ticket to be done
- Grooming is planning and ensuring that everyone knows when and what is due for each ticket.
3.) Roadmap Planning
- How do you want to go about planning a roadmap for the MVP (minimal viable product) of the product? And how does that respect other departments?
4.) Communication
- How do you want to be involved with Design and Research? Also how much do you imagine that hinges on verification/details of stakeholder or other departments?
- How do you want to ensure and provide feedback and communication to your apprenctices?
