What is the current state of the “Feedback” platform?

• Design

  • most designs are in low or mid fidelity
  • there are several versions of the visual design
  • there are some issues with accessibility in the designs
  • the forms are in a more advanced stage than the dashboards
  • responsive designs have not been done, yet (for mobile/tablet)
  • Questions:
    • Were user testing results addressed?
    • Is there an updated user flow/do we need to update the user flow?

  • As per the P4 roadmap and prioritization this work should be complete (design + dev). This should include:
    • [ ] Skeleton
    • [ ] User Stories & Acceptance Criteria
    • [ ] Redesign - hifi
    • [ ] Begin work on user registration, login, and authentication
    • [ ] Log in backend
    • [ ] Log in completed
    • [ ] Begin work on landing page dev
    • [ ] Complete landing page dev
  • Questions:
    • Where is the design?
    • How can we look at the developed version?
    • Is the backend functional?
    • Has it been tested? If so, where are the results?
  • The PRD is incomplete - the landing page and signup requirements are there but forms, dashboards etc are only mentioned in passing
  • Do all the requirements PRD match approved requests from the client? Or does the PRD require updating based on client feedback?

• Dev

  • the platform is not responsive
  • still need to add a lot of functionality
  • User dashboards for Producers, Evaluators, and Administrators are in place, but design elements like the home page and forms are incomplete.
  • Basic functionalities such as user sign-up forms and product intake forms exist but need refinement.

  • make all designs high fidelity?
  • design sign up and login in forms for each type of user (Producer, Evaluator, Admin)

  • would like to make it responsive but probably won’t have time (need to decide)
