This document is intended to simplify handoff by consolidating those artifacts into this single location. We wanted to simplify life for our amazing Sean’s Legacy Stakeholders and Phase 3 project team. Hopefully, this creates a foundation for the next phase and provides a framework for planning.

About the Sean’s Legacy Project

Sean’s Legacy is dedicated to supporting and uplifting LGBTQIA+ youth. As a public health nonprofit, Sean’s Legacy is redefining the primary prevention of suicide through education and mentorship.

About the Sean’s Legacy Mentorship Platform

Techfleet and Sean’s Legacy partnered together with aspiring and volunteer UXRs, UXDs, and product people on a project to create a professional mentorship program that will provide LGBTQIA+ young adults a safe space to seek career guidance and form long-lasting professional relationships.

2. Sean’s Legacy Mentor Project Phase 2

Project Goals (completed in Phase 2)

• Resolve design debt from Phase 1
• Migrate from Untitled Design System to Ant Design
• Iterate on mentee onboarding and profile flows
• Research perceptions on mentoring and potential mentor features
• Design, test, and iterate mentee onboarding and profile flows
• Begin front and backend development of the site
• Audit existing and new content to align with Sean Legacy’s standards and values
• Collaborate with the Masters of Public Health Research Team at Sean’s Legacy
