• SPI - growth & connection, ability to travel, connect to donors for grants, growing everyday 🙂
• Has an extremely positive view on SPI experience.
  • loves that SPI gives a balance level of intelligence of world issues (Uganda, London, etc) not just on local level
• Director position - hiring, screening, 1:1 sessions with potential TDA students, more partners, grants, etc.

Received support this morning

• Robbed this morning. Seems quite calm and still showed up to our interview!
• Contacted Global Director Nasha, emotional support is better than anything to help with anxiety and panic attack.
• Trusts SPI can give the support she needs to get help
  • cares about connection to people more than anything
• Girlfriend —> Police (no help) —> Family —> SPI Global Director (panic attack, helped her)
  • sense they do not trust that the Police can help

Trust building

• cares about character, education, sources, (ie. further knowledge)
  • doesn’t trust just a link on Google
• Wants to know who wrote article, root source
• Open to trusting a source, especially if they knows who wrote it
