• Schedule a stakeholder meeting with Morgan to confirm business and product goals
• Roadmap - towards ‘Development’ and 'User Acquisition
• Product Strategy - Acquisition, Revenue Generation (Business Model)
• Check out Analytics tools that need to be implemented to analyze data - need to be approved by Morgan
• Create a ‘Pitch’ page for new problems discovery for any team member to pitch and review weekly. Move forward with any pitch that is worth to be solved and relevant to business and product goals in the current phase.
• Set up a representative from the product to update each team.

High Priority Items for Kadet Wallet Apprenticeship Phase 2

1. Get the Kadet web extension developed and launch Beta
2. Continue building and testing wallet features to be as intuitive as possible
3. Create and test an onboarding flow for new Kadena users in Kadet Wallet
4. Define how Kadet Wallet will generate revenue (dex aggregator, fiat-to-crypto, etc.) and design the experience for future phases of work
5. Finish defining the branding of Kadet
6. Build the information website for Kadet
7. Build out the Testnet faucet functionality within Kadet
