The Lalich Strategy team has laid the groundwork for Phase 2 by establishing a clear MVP, defining scope and goals, and outlining key product features: Learn about Lalich Center, Learn about Dr. Lalich, Learn about services, Make a donation, and Subscribe to the newsletter. Collaborating with other teams, we developed a site map reflecting these features.

Guided by user feedback and project objectives, we teamed up with the research group to select user stories and aligned them with sprints. Our agile kanban board facilitates sprint planning, making sure each team’s tickets and tasks are in line with our Phase 2 goals. We've held vision discussions as well as managed roadmaps, sprint activities, and project backlogs on our kanban board. We have also held weekly meetings addressing security and privacy measures for the website. Our role in shaping weekly tasks and sprint goals has ensured alignment with the evolving project trajectory.

Moving ahead, we'll keep our sprint tasks on track. We're concentrating on working with the research team to include the bounded choice concept on the website. We'll also review user stories for each sprint, making sure we meet the acceptance criteria. Our focus on precision and alignment with project goals and MVP will guide us as we move forward.
