Hello XX team!

Since our project will officially kick off next Monday, we will begin holding daily stand-up meetings starting next week, each lasting no more than 15 minutes (except for Mondays with Sprint Planning and Fridays with Retro). Our first sprint planning session is scheduled for next Monday, so the first stand-up will take place on Tuesday, 9/17. Based on the time zones provided by everyone, 9 AM PT / 10 AM MST / 11 AM CST / 12 PM EST seems to be the most suitable time for the stand-ups.

Each team should send at least one representative to attend the meeting, who will share the team's daily work plan, any challenges, and any collaboration or resources needed. If possible, could @the co-lead and @the co-lead please confirm whether this time works for your team and arrange for ambassador assignments?
