(Once we have update from the strategy team) Catalina and Lynn will go set up meeting note roster, skill level table and role assignment in notion. Will update team for next action when it’s set. Vidyard recording did not work out as expected. Only 20 minutes were recorded and in very low quality.

-Open discussion with the aim to find common approaches in order to mix all the efforts and create one flow.

-After the meeting Input from Strategy was obtained and tasks were defined:

  1. Set Priya’s flow as the foundation, integrating it with Julian’s profiles for auto-match recommendations. 2.Focus on flow for posting food items and streamline information input for businesses. If time allows, incorporate the schedule component for validation in the next phase. | | | | Not available | | | | Lynn | Design meeting | Team Update on Wireframes: Bravo to the team!! The team built wireframes quickly and efficiently. :blob-clap: You are awesome!!! What should we do to be able to present the concept and ideas as a complete flow? (In a day!!)

What we decided to do next: • Combined Presentation: Integrating wireframes with user flows for a clearer understanding of functionality for both our team and the Phase 3 team. • No Prototyping: Due to time constraints, we decided that a detailed prototype is not feasible. And a rough prototype wouldn’t serve as much purpose as a detailed user flow for the next phase. •Efficient Communication: Inserting wireframe screens into certain parts of the user flow for better visualization. And with suggestions of what phase 3 should validate to move forward. | | Julian: make 1 more wireframe screen for the matching flow (Might also do a mock up screen for this wireframe screen)

Fanny: Take the post detail and list of post pages from phase 1 to work upon

Matt: Finishing up the create post screens and make the components and spacing consistent
