Stand Ups
- Monday morning stand up & and touch base about schedule for the week (optional)
- Alternate days for focuses. Ex: Tues Thurs stand-ups for focus 1.
- People who can't make it can post their stand up in slack.
Two focus strategy
- Split up the focuses between leads
- Focus 1 more engineering, focus 2 more UXR
Ticket systems
- What's the best form? What does dev prefer?
- User stories as tickets and dev can build out their own sub-tasks. Ex.: "As a user, I need to log in" is the parent ticket -> UI/spec from a high level -> Dev can break down the ticket into sub-tasks from there.
