Stand Ups

• Monday morning stand up & and touch base about schedule for the week (optional)
• Alternate days for focuses. Ex: Tues Thurs stand-ups for focus 1.
• People who can't make it can post their stand up in slack.

Two focus strategy

• Split up the focuses between leads
• Focus 1 more engineering, focus 2 more UXR

Ticket systems

• What's the best form? What does dev prefer?
• User stories as tickets and dev can build out their own sub-tasks. Ex.: "As a user, I need to log in" is the parent ticket -> UI/spec from a high level -> Dev can break down the ticket into sub-tasks from there.
