10/31/24 Client Meeting

• Referral documentation coming our way to address emergency contact needs
• There is a QA person on the team now
• Biweekly meetings may be cancelled if there is a lack of update for the client
• English is a priority in the product development. Other languages may be implemented later
• Still unsure of biweekly and other meeting times
• The cycle of the work starts in development, goes to QA, then product, and finally design and research

11/6/24 UXR Internal Weekly Meeting

• Brief on client meeting
• Team planning meeting either 11/7 or 11/8 and then the UXR meeting next week (11/13) will be more informative
• Jacquelyn started a new job and depending on security requirements and time commitment may need to step down as lead
