For the UXR team:

1. Last/this week we worked on: Organizing all the documentation, PURE evaluation, started thinking about participant recruitment and creating a research repository
2. Next steps: Finalizing our PURE evaluation (07/03), working on a research repository, and potentially creating user journeys
3. Blockers: We need to meet with design to see what they're working on, what they might need from us, and if ph.4 recommendations have been implemented or not.

We got access to phase 2's personas!!!

There are 5 though...this is too much... we're currently re-synthesizing / reworking phase 2's exploratory research in order to define 2 personas - a newbie user and more experienced user.Persona due date: 03/14

• Done a pure evaluation - competitor analysis
• Met with Abbey- FAQ page → did some desk research, at the end of the project, we need to test them → waiting to test that
• Direction:
• Design goals → Testing the new designs (research task)
  • conduct usability testing next week
• ICP: both, be able to open a new account, experienced user - yes test for design for, just because we have a flow where poepel can import an existing user.
• Previous research - tested with experience and new users, they did a concept test of 15 people and 9/15 were experienced users - why did they test with so many experienced users
