1. Scope Determination:

- How was MVP scope determined in Phase 1?

• Phase 1 focus was to set a foundation for the product. The design team created a full list of features they wanted and determined MVP by marking features in scope and out of scope.

-What are our current prioritizations for MVP features: logging, analytics, or reporting?

• The client will conduct another review of the prototypes to establish priorities. Additionally, discussions are underway regarding presenting the designs to the school district for approval, with an anticipated response time of approximately two weeks.

2. Design

• Olivia to organize designs, final wireframes and prototypes for phase 1, each corresponding to MVP features we plan to develop.
