“Hi Joseph & Daniela

Here are the major observations from the IMPACT consultant

  1. Please review these affiliate marketing websites as part of the life beautified website development and take best ideas from these while designing our website:

https://www.rakuten.com/ and https://shopraise.com/.  Develop the "user dashboard" based on these websites to make it very user friendly.

  1. Focus on the "Link" marketing model than "Coupon Code" marketing model since links are easier for sub-affiliate tracking. Coupon code tracking will require more computer coding on our end to keep tracking of sub-affiliates coupon usage since brands will only allow "tracking" of Master Affiliate Coupon.  (This means, we need to come up with our on technical solutions for tracking sub-affiliates activities if "coupon code" are utilized unlike "link" tracking model.

  2. Read the IMPACT technical document (online support) to get better understanding of how IMPACT keep tracks of Master Affiliate (Life Beautified Website) + Sub-Affiliates (household / charities)

  3. Create a very good story "about us" page since brands make partnership approval decisions based on the consumer facing website.

  4. Create marketing materials & video tutorials to educate users on "how to use" the website

  5. Try to automate by writing computer code for generating links (master + sub-affiliate) which can be used for self purchase as well as sharing the same link with friends and families.

  6. I am waiting to get a proposal from the consultant but since phase 2 is ending soon, we might not get it before the end of phase 2.

  7. Some grocery stores like Safeway and Target are on IMPACT. These brands can be used as a solution for making a "small commission" amount from everyday purchases. verses large commission generation from non-common purchases

  8. Hoping Morgan will forward the NDA before the end of this phase.

  9. Most likely, we will get the impact consultant to meet with the TF phase 3 team. (since we are so close to the end of phase 2).

Thanks

Thomas”
