Tasks

• Finish JTBD statements (Mon, Tue) - Async (with partner)
• Survey data analysis (Mon, Tue)
  • 2 volunteers look at survey data and key insights (async before the meeting), and present to the rest of the team
• Synthesize insights from JTBD statements, questions, insights, and recommendations (consolidate similar topics, vote for priority) (done by Wed)
• Ideation workshop (optional) (Wed): HMW
• Recommendations (Thur→Fri)
  • decide priority level from votes (Wed) - async
  • each apprentice takes turns presenting the insights for chosen category (in meeting)
• Demo slides (Thur→Fri): JTBD, recommendations

Leads:

• Provide framework or guidance for synthesizing insights - fill in questions, insights, and recommendations
• Provide structure for handoff
• UX Research next steps recommendations (Made by leads w/ optional apprentice input?)
• Talk with the product team leads to discuss the handoff document, and make sure things are coherent (Mon/Wed-Daisy slack)

Monday:

1. (Before meeting)Take a look at the survey results so far. Does anything stick out to you as interesting? What findings have been validated? Any new insights? (How will we incorporate these in handoff?)
2. Present JTBD if you are finished, or share progress, and thoughts.
3. Go over assignments for extracting insights from affinity maps (questions, insights, recommendations) and assign areas to work on. Finish by Tuesday. Start voting on Wednesday (stamp which points seem most important to you)
