Hey Team!Thank you for our call today. Qing and Cecilia, I hope all is well, if you have time to look through each user journey it will be useful to understand what each person was thinking.

Moving forward, we will create a storyboard for each persona to empathise with them further. We will attach a video outlining storyboarding to help you understand the task.

Tomorrow evening, Dan and I will share our storyboards through Loom videos as well, this is to help everyone understand the task. We will provide templates as well. We will also outline the scenario for each persona.

Once you have all this we ask that you then begin the task. We will share these storyboards on a call either Friday / Saturday. If people can comment if they are available on neither, one or both days that would be great so we can plan.

We have moved these updates to notion so you can see what we plan to do each week and what we have done going forward and we will continue to share to help organise the project.
