Conditions I like to work in:

• I like collaborative working sessions, where we all get together to discuss problems. This is where I believe the best outcomes of a project come to be.
• I usually block out time to work independently on my tasks. In this case as a Co-Lead, I will always be open to DMs, huddles, and 1-on-1s.
• I do have a 7 year old son, so I’m might have to excuse myself to help him and such. I always try to set him up so that he can be independent but having a child is always unpredictable.
• I listen to Drums & Bass as this helps my brain concentrate as I have ADHD.

The times and hours I like to work

• I wake up at 7 am EST to take my son to his summer camp.
• I work part-time as a Digital Designer, but those meetings will be done in the morning EST time. Sometimes in the afternoon, but I block out that time for SL’s.
• I will be available until 6 pm EST, my Fiancé says this is for my mental health. 😂 If you need anything though, DM and I’ll usually respond.

The best ways to communicate with me

• Slack, please DM me for anything you might need! You may have to @ me if I don’t respond right away.
• We’ll be in the Figma file a lot, so we will definitely be communicating through comments.
• In our working sessions, please raise your hand if you have comments or concerns in the meetings.

Feedback

Team-wise:

• We’ll have a section in our Figma file that will just be for our design feedback. This will come in forms of comments.
• As stated above, in our working sessions we’ll have time for comments, feedback, and brainstorming.
