Conditions I like to work in:

• Depending on what I’m working on, I like both quiet and energetic environments
• I love listening to music when I work as it helps me focus, but it has to be music without lyrics for the most part unfortunately so I end up listening to a lot of LoFi
• I like working in groups, especially smaller ones where everyone is able to contribute and learn from one another

The times and hours I like to work

• I’m not a morning person, so my ideal working hours are from 10am PT to 6pm PT and can usually be reached between these hours
• I’m most productive early in the afternoon or the evening

The best ways to communicate with me

• I ALWAYS prefer written communication to just verbal -if you ask me to do something and it hasn’t been written down somewhere, odds are high that I will forget
• For the fastest response times, a dm on slack or texting me (feel free to ask for my phone number) is your best bet
• I try to get back to emails in a timely manner as well (within the day), so I can be reached there as well ([email protected])

Receiving feedback:

• I appreciate direct and constructive feedback
• Since I’m still new to the design world, I’m really looking for feedback that helps inform my future design decisions –having a reason as to why you’re suggesting x thing is very helpful for me

Giving feedback:

• I’m terrible at giving long-winded feedback, so I tend to be short and to the point
• If something is missing from my feedback that you’d prefer to receive, please let me know :)
