1. Elizabeth & Anna - If we are assuming no one is using the Web App yet, how much increase do we want to see? (Note: dependent on Ben’s answer to General Question Q4)

    1. Rule of thumb: expecting half users accessing via mobile, half users accessing via web
    2. Ben: would love to double the traffic just by enabling the reach & engagement of the web app
  2. What can we do to improve and get over the constraints of Web App?

    1. don’t anticipate any major roadblocks from it. it’s a clear project. the hard part is the doing - thinking thru the details, designs, building the technical aspects
  3. Nolawi - design solution proposal: What value can the EH web app add to the users to build trust by adding links to scientific articles about climate change?

    1. lots of people prefer web for easy accessibility
    2. web has more room/opportunities for long-text details and adding links in the future
  4. Nolawi - design solution proposal: How can EH web app display internal data (i.e. number of user who used EH who changed diet to vegan as an example) to users as a way to motivate them to meet their target?

    1. a fair game but be mindful of the scope (time, resources, etc.)
    2. open to feature suggestions (Tina: maybe record them in research report/readout?)
    3. Anna: user story workshop to brainstorm & document feature ideas
  5. Nolawi/Ieva- Who do you consider as your primary competitors?

    1. some climate apps out there but not a lot of competitors. it’s still a new & undefined category that Ben doesn’t think anyone has broken the mainstream yet
    2. keywords: “carbon tracker” “climate change”

  6. Nolawi/Ieva- For the question on “we have received a good amount of user requests for this option(web app). Can this feedback data be shared with us? It would be interesting to analyze it.

  7. Nolawi/Ieva- What if a web app does not have all features of an app but can still be used on a mobile phone? We could attempt to convert users from web apps to mobile app

  8. Elizabeth - Under “Key Goals” section, the Earth Hero Web App MVP document mentions that the Web App will not include extra features that will slow down its release. In your opinion, outside of the “Four Key Parts,” what are some examples of extra features we should avoid?

  9. Elizabeth - How much creative freedom do we have to restructure the web app?

  10. Anna

  11. Whom are we designing for? Can we do a quick walk of the EH archetype created by the EH team in 2020? (Anna will present if we have time left)

  12. Can we redesign the current website’s site map to fit the web app? Right now, we have flat navigation on the EH website, but I imagine we will need to create a bit of hierarchy.

  13. For MVP, is log-in for all or Log in optional?

  14. Who will be up-keeping the web app? Is there anything we need to keep in mind along that in terms of dev?

  15. How is the synch between app and web app happening? (Ben and dev)

  16. End-to-end testing or mock testing of Figma prototype? (Ben and dev)

  17. Can we have each weekend to end development? Is it feasible? (Ben and dev)
