Meeting Notes:

• Iris will be working on the design from the team and will use WordPress and the plugin Elementor. The team has to work with Iris and her capabilities to achieve interesting design and layouts.
• The website needs an overhaul. Too much content that needs sorting and organization.
• A concentration on accessibility and usability of the website, currently they are using only different translations and languages.
• A new addition of 20th anniversary page is needed with additional content not found on both old and new website.
• Use content from both website.
• The organization will be supplying new images and content for the TF remodeled website
• The organization’s website needs a good strategy to attract new donors and subscribers.

Constraints:

• Finish by end of October or sooner (8 weeks).
• Idis’s experience with WordPress and Elementor
