Background

During the Agile Coaching it was found that not everyone in training today has the experience for facilitation of workshops and meetings. There are key skills that enable the success of facilitation, which is a hard skill in career development. If people have the opportunity to learn and practice facilitation, they will improve in their facilitation skills, and the workshop experiences for participants of workshops will improve. This project deals with improving training experiences for facilitators and participants of workshops across Tech Fleet.
