Objective: We want to learn more about the habits and behaviours of users who have experience using existing wallet extensions to explore and identify potential gaps and opportunities for K Wallet.

In today’s session we’re going to be asking you some questions about your thoughts and experiences using wallet extensions, as well as your general experience within the crypto space. Remember, there are no right or wrong answers; we want your honest feedback.

The entire session should take about 20 minutes. Does that still work for you? Is it okay with you if we record the session? We won’t share the recording with anyone outside our team.

Exploratory Research Questions

• What does a “crypto wallet” mean or look like to you?
• What sort of things do you use your crypto wallet for?
• Which features of a wallet extension do you use most often and why?
• Which wallet applications do you find easiest to use and why?
• Can you tell me about a time when you experienced difficulty or frustration using your preferred wallet extension? What went wrong and how did you handle it?
• Have you ever used the Kadena blockchain?
• If yes: What are your thoughts about using Kadena?If no: Kadena is a blockchain focused on keeping gas fees low with multiple chains for processing transactions. Can redirect them to https://kadena.io/ to learn more for time purposes
• Very quickly before we end the session, do you have anything you’d like to share that might be helpful for us?
