Design Work In Progress - Sprint 3

MEETINGS:

• Daily standups - Post in Standup Slack channel
  • This is not a place for detailed information. These daily slack standups are to be used as cross-functional exchanges of information for your team to stay up to date on what everyone is doing so there are no surprises as the work progresses.
  • Use the “Reply” function to post your standup under the first standup post of the day.
    • Y: What did you do yesterday?
    • T: What are you doing today?
    • B: Do you have any blockers?
• All hands check-ins with Strategy - 1 hr (each Monday)
• UXD all hands working session - 1.5 hrs (each Monday)
• Retros/sprint planning - 1 hr (each Friday)
• Demos - 1 hr (last Thursday of each sprint)

PROJECT GOALS:

First priorities are:

• Profile management
• Discourse feeds (posting and comments)
• Reporting of instances of violence or discrimination

*all must be secure of user’s safety

Second priority (or future phases):

• Group creation
• Interest filtering
• Project listing

PROJECT DELIVERABLES:

1. High fidelity, pixel-perfect, desktop design.
2. Feature specifications documented in the form of user stories, acceptance criteria, and UX deliverables.
3. UX deliverables that the team creates, including (but not limited to), user task flows, user stories, user journeys, etc.
4. Research and testing insights/recommendations from continuous discovery (zero to many rounds of research per week). Including (but not limited to) interviews, sitemap validation, and personas.
