Welcome everyone, to the Science 2 People Sprint 1 Demo! Today, we’re excited to share the progress we’ve made across research, design, and strategy as we work toward refining the next iteration of our product.
This sprint has focused on aligning our MVP roadmap with both user needs and strategic objectives. Our teams have been actively researching content creators, analyzing existing prototypes, and defining the next steps for MVP3 development.
Here’s what we’ll be showcasing today:
1️⃣ Understanding the Figma Prototype (MVP2) – A walkthrough of our current Figma prototype with insights from UX/UI audits and competitive analysis. This will provide a baseline for what’s working and what needs refinement.
2️⃣ Researching Content Creators – Our research team has been gathering insights into how content creators engage with information and how this can inform future features. We'll share key takeaways from usability testing and stakeholder conversations.
3️⃣ MVP3 Roadmap – A preview of our high-level roadmap for MVP3, outlining how we plan to build on our current progress and integrate feedback into our next iteration.
4️⃣ Exploring VeriSci (MVP1) – A look back at the original VeriSci MVP, understanding its strengths, limitations, and how we can leverage its functionalities in our current work.
Our goal today is to provide clarity on where we stand and gather valuable feedback as we continue shaping this product. We encourage active discussion and questions throughout the session. Let’s get started! 🚀
Each presenter will be gently reminded by a PM to wrap up if close to time limit. Adjust accordingly as you present. Our first presenters are Amir and Alexi from Strategy. Amir take it away!
Next Steps:
🚀 Product Strategy & Research are aligning on backlog development, launching epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria—laying the groundwork for lo-fi prototyping. The teams are also refining the PRD to ensure seamless translation of requirements into user stories before passing them to UXD, while adjusting the roadmap to reflect the latest insights and priorities.
🎨 Design is focusing on understanding the intersection between business and creator needs through a Design Thinking workshop. They will also be validating information architecture, ensuring site maps and user flows align with user needs, and confirming upcoming deliverables to keep momentum strong.
📝 Project Management is ensuring alignment across all teams, tracking the refinement of scope, and standardizing sprint planning tools to provide clear visibility into project progress. The PM team is also finalizing Sprint 1 metrics, facilitating backlog updates, and overseeing the handoff of refined user stories to UXD while ensuring project milestones stay on track.
📌 Looking Ahead – Each team plays a critical role in keeping the momentum going. Let’s stay aligned and keep communication flowing! 🚀
