Hi everyone, here are my notes from the PM meeting today!

• Since there is a sprint goals channel in Discord, they are wondering if maybe they should have teams post there instead of Notion because it’s easier to comment on Discord.
• There’s a struggle moving to Discord with some people, because not everyone is comfortable with Discord/switching/not familiar, so they are figuring out how to fix that (maybe create tutorials/get on calls for walk-throughs)
• Possibly thinking about a mid-lead check-in with team leads
  • Ava will post LettuceMeet in leads channel (tworld-leads)
• Priscilla thinks that by the end of July, we should have idea of overall concept and infrastructure of website
  • She will make new page from old conference website
  • Hopes to have website up to public by Feb 2025
• Start thinking about retaining/recruiting for phase 2
