• Overall, they are still establishing their ambassador roles
  • For the main team Kanban board, they will talk to all the leads further but are so far thinking that it should be used for the big main ideas/tasks across all teams, and specific teams can maintain their individual Kanban boards/organization that can then just be linked to the big team one
    • PM ambassadors will attend meetings and update the main Kanban board for their respective team, and the team itself will be more focused on updating their individual board
  • There is still some trouble migrating to Discord
  • Some people are having problems with AI recordings in the meetings and feel uncomfortable participating because of it, so they are trying to think of a solution to solve that (such as somehow obtaining the pro Zoom version)
  • Teams will be responsible to post mid-weekly updates (on Wednesday?) which they will reach out to talk about more
