Daily Stand-Up Notes link ⤴️

A daily standup is a short, time-boxed meeting (typically 15 minutes) where team members align on progress, blockers, and priorities. It fosters transparency, collaboration, and accountability. Project Management and Product Strategy team members please take ownership of the day you wish to host in the table below

Format:

  1. Time & Duration – Held at the same time daily, lasting no more than 15 minutes.
  2. Participants – A representative of each team.
  3. Structure – Each team member answers three key questions:
  4. Facilitation – Project Management Team/Product Strategy
  5. Follow-ups – Any discussions beyond status updates should happen after the standup with relevant team members.
  6. The Host is responsible for filling out the stand-up notes after each session.
