Background

Before we design a system for Tech Fleet skills measurements, we need to strategize around the customer experience based on the current experience and needs today. This project will deal with compiling the customer experience deliverables related to future training and measuring peoples’ progress so that we can strategize around the best holistic experience in the future.

Problems to Solve

  1. Trainees may not successfully be able to qualify for careers they love because School and training is varied, and often teaches fundamental hard skills, but skips on knowledge about soft skills, tools, tasks, deliverables, and role expectations.
  2. Trainees may not successfully be able to qualify for careers they love because Companies want experience shipping products on teams before considering candidates.
  3. Trainees may not successfully be able to qualify for careers they love because Different types of companies change their definition of roles and responsibilities within jobs, which increases the challenge for people trying to train and qualify for roles in any kind of company.
