      • Leads will add meetings to Tech Fleet calendar
      • Weekly rotating schedule for note taking to put on Notion
  • Communication via Slack
    • Keep team conversations as public as possible/avoid DM’s
    • Check project channels and DMs frequently and respond to messages ASAP
    • Let the team know when you’re unavailable/establish working hours
      • Keep your Slack status updated
    • Post daily team updates with to-do’s/action items in your team’s Slack channel
  • Team Notion Pages
    • All files, links, recordings, notes, etc. should be posted in Notion (in addition to Slack) and updated weekly - delegation of this responsibility?
    • Keep in mind the Notion page is both for your team’s use, and for others outside your team to access your work
