Meet the client People brought up the request of having a meeting with the client to understand him, his needs etc. It cannot be feasible to have him doing it all the time with all teams of the phases, right? We can think about solutions like creating a section for the client as well with all the information the team need to know about him and previous interactions, Q&A etc
Notion as THE centralised place From Day 1, encourage people to use Notion right away and not external links or documents - to avoid lost documents, interactions and private files (f.e. Lauren Stanton from UXD) As well as technicalities like Slack deleting messages after 90 days
