Hello everyone and welcome to the Conflict Resolution Plan workshop! My name’s _____________ and I’m an Agile Coach in tech Fleet collaborating with you all.

I am on this project as an agile coach to work with you in pre-kickoff.

We will produce some deliverables and work on living the agile life together.

Introduction to the Workshop

Today, we’re going to discuss team-based conflict resolution, which is so important to our success on this project.

Here’s what we will do today:

1. We’ll go over the basics of conflict
2. We’ll discuss what has led to conflict with others in your past experience
3. We’ll read the protocol for team-based conflict resolution in Tech Fleet
4. We’ll break out into groups to develop plans of action
5. After this workshop is over, in a couple weeks, we’ll add these plans to our working agreements.

Conflict is such a natural, and even necessary part of doing great work as a cross-functional team.

This workshop that we're going to do helps to anticipate conflict for you as a team and develop a plan for what you're going to do when it comes up.

Conflict is a normal part of working on teams.
