When one team needs another team to review updates and provide feedback:

1. Create a Notion page in an appropriate location (work with PS to review and rework Notion)
2. List content (add date). At the top of the page, have a brief summary like this:
   1. This page contains XYZ. ___ team would like ___ team to review XYZ and provide feedback
   2. Goal: ___ team to review, provide feedback for client approval
3. Share link or path to document in Discord. Do NOT share links to files or paste content directly in Discord.
4. Tag at least one lead from the team (determine who will be best at responding) to represent the team. Provide the same ask in the document in the discord message.
