• UX aims for clarity across all teams regarding the specific items to be tested in round 1, round 2, and subsequent rounds of usability testing

• Round 1 Usability Testing: LP = Yellow, High Priority = Red

  Reporting:

  Description: A centralized dashboard displaying a list of unclaimed, claimed and closed incidents with key details for quick reference and prioritization. The following would be a part of the process:

  • View A report
  • Save Incident Reports (TBD)
  • Claim a new report
  • Find Student Message
  • Create a New Report
  • Edit Claimed Report Details
  • Potentially link associated reports.
  • Future Testing

  Onboarding(Installation) , Clock-In/Clock-Out, Messaging, Additional Resources, Notifications, Generating a report from a message, Settings and Profile
