Project Kickoff: Week 1 and 2 Sprint Planning
Notetaker: Aisha Mann
Agenda:
- Reviewing rough draft of PRD and determining scope for the phase
- Planning the itinerary for Sprint 1
The meeting is aimed to align teams on project scope, prioritize features for development and testing, and establish a clear roadmap for Sprint 1 and beyond.
Meeting notes:
Scope Determination and PRD walkthrough: The plan will be refined based on today's discussion; Product seeks to collaborate with Dev and UX teams to define scope and achieve phase deliverables, primarily focusing on SPM experience this sprint.
- Onboarding: Guided onboarding process for new users to familiarize themselves with the system's features and functionalities. Should this be included as a deliverable in this phase? No.
- Reporting: This is the most important feature, allowing users to view and close reports. In collaboration with UX, we intend to conduct usability testing this sprint.
- Notification: Automated notifications to relevant Safe Path Monitor for new incident reports, status updates, and resolution. We are considering prioritizing this feature for phase 3 and welcome input from all the teams – everyone in agreement.
- Generating a report from a message (AI chatbot):Translate anonymous tip to report – the messaging bot gets basic information needed to generate an incident report. We believe this feature can be postponed to phase 3 and need input from the Dev team––Douglas in agreement.
- Setting and Profile: Create and Edit Profile Information. This is the absolute last feature to be considered. Should it be pursued in this phase? No.
