By Phone

Conversations can be accessed through a phone interface.

How it works:

1. Member dials in
2. Member inputs their phone number (they must have suppied their phone number and confirmed it in the web interface)
3. Member receives one-time passcode through text and inputs it
4. System gives member the options for conversations they can hear (text-to-voice from Conversation topic). Only conversations with unheard content will be available to choose from.
5. Member chooses a conversation to hear.
6. Unheard messages stream plays.
7. At the end of the Conversation stream, member can choose to mark ‘unheard’, choose a different conversation, or end call.
8. Member can pause, rewind, or save a spot through keypad controls.

Email

• Content in Bulletin Board and Events can be selected to receive by email. This can be through a daily or weekly digest.
• Members can also receive summary information about Conversations (TBD)
