- Research: create personas based on the users’ pain points trying to navigating the app
- Strategy: write user stories based on the personas.
- “As a power user, I want to automate my daily tasks so that I can focus on getting the work done more efficiently.”
- Can be big: I’m new to climate change, and I need a tool to guide me
- Can be small: I want something visual instead of a bunch of statistics; I want visualization around the actions/visually represented tracker (Food, energy, waste, …).
- Design: create new user flows based on user stories
- Structure of the week:
- 3 cross-team meetings every week
- Client Demo: 1-hour long meeting. End of the week. Everyone from the team presents what they worked on in the past week. One apprentice present for the team each time. + Plan for next week
- Sprint Plan: End of the week. Driven by strategy. Assess feasibility of getting things done, or do you need another week for the ticket.
- Sprint Retro: Begin of the week. Cross-functional. Talk about what went well, what didn’t go well. What did we learn. What to change in the next week. More like a reflective session.
- Daily Stand-up meeting
- Every morning. Typical to Scrum, but hard to do in this project. Maybe can do twice a week. Talk about what you did yesterday, what you are gonna do today.
