What is Agile Coaching?

Agile Coaching is a set of duties that’s performed on agile teams. Some people have dedicated job titles called “Agile Coach” while other people have different job titles and perform the duties of agile coaching.

1. Giving advice or guidance to teammates who seek it related to agile

2. Giving advice in product deliverables as it pertains to upholding agile philosophies when teammates seek it
