Overview
Storyboarding is a great way to communicate the pain points in visual form. We systems designers need to be able to tell narratives about the changes we’re making, and storyboards provide a way to build empathy with stories. Your job in homework 3 is to pick 4 important use cases and make story boards for each.

Instructions
- Pick 4 high priority use cases for a single audience (from homework 1)
- Create current storyboards and future storyboards for the 4 use cases; 8 story boards in total
- Create a presentation that tells the story of the following:
- What system did you choose?
- Who are the audiences in that system and what are their motivations, goals, and common use cases?
- What’s the process of the current state of the system today?
- What are the pain points?
- How do you want to change the experience of the system from the standpoint of the storyboards?
- What are your near-term recommendations to proceed?

Grading Criteria
- Looking for specific steps you write out
- Add as much detail as possible
- Write it all in proper UML format with the flow chart shapes
