We all live in various systems. We interact with multiple systems daily. In this homework, you’re going to write a reflection on a system you live in today, and discuss the experience of the system from a text-based standpoint.

Instructions

1. Pick a system with which you interact today in the world. The system can be digital or physical or both.
2. Write a 2 page reflection paper on the following:
   1. What system are you trying to describe?
   2. When did you first start becoming aware and engaging with the system?
   3. What’s been your workflow in the experience of the system so far?
   4. What pain points do you experience in each step of the system?
   5. Where do you see the biggest opportunities to change the current experience of the system?
   6. How would you go about changing the system and re-designing it?
3. Complete the “Audience Segmentation” workshop that’s provided by the instructor to document:
   1. Audience segment labels
   2. Motivations
   3. Situational goals
   4. Problems in the current state
   5. Life goals
   6. Use cases that are important to support
   7. The top priorities for use cases
