Strategy - Gina will be our ambassador. User stories, how to mark them completed. Worked on mid-point reflection for the strategy team. Asking teams to write them for their teams as well.
Design - PAIGE: The UXD team is busy working on updating their screens to have auto layout as well as developing the corresponding mobile screens for a responsive design. George had watched a few of our meetings last week where we were synthesizing the usability tests so he was able to prep his team on a few of the incoming issues. However, I’m sure they are now getting on top of those as well. I’ll be watching their meetings via recording this week but told them to message our Slack channel if any questions come up.
Content - Kristin: Discussed moving copy around on pages, filled in copy for quote and book blurbs. Worked on other pages, donation. Janja and Tammi as board members rather than staff. Handed off three pages (About Dr. Lalich, Who we Are, How are Funds Used) to design, working to hand those off to dev. Working on Our Services today (Tue 5th)
Dev - Angela: have Educational account on Webflow, only one person e at a time, need to schedule working sessions. Moving to Framer.
PM - Ahrom: Ahrom put invitations to our ambassadors into all meeting invites. Difficulty with tracking ambassadors when they rotate. Communicate on the open channel rather than DM. Trello v. Notion for Kanban board, will be used by PM team.
Side conversation: Better system for setting up meetings to remember to invite Project and TechFleet emails to get it on the calendar(s). Post on Calling-all-Shadowers channel as well.
