Strategy - User Story sorting, priority to get in order, may schedule cross-functional meeting, Kanban board org. in progress

Design - Refining the prototype, looking at more images for the site, met w/ Ranann and Janja (mini impressions test)

Content - User Stories, prioritizing copy for diff pages, add privacy policy page - needs legal involvement, perhaps Lalich will take responsibility

Dev - Met w/ EJ, working on MVP features and requirements, current site map is full site - Dev. is looking for site map of just MVP… what is in scope for this phase?

Webflow front end is easy but back end will be difficult, how much do they need to do right now? Example - donation page, contact information data. Need to learn what Webpress/Wordpress? was doing to see if they need to mirror for new site. Work to meet w/ Lalich team person who was doing the other site.

Need budget - domain name and hosting
