We most likely will not get to all of this but I wanted to think ahead at all the tasks that need to be done prior to testing.

• Sign up for stand-up meeting responsibilities

• Sign up for ambassadorships

• Questions about Agile methodology? Tech Fleet processes?

• Discuss team members experience with:

  conducting interviews

  conducting remote usability testing

  use of analysis software (zoom…)

• Build google form to schedule interviews [together or assign to someone(s)]

If time

• Adjust phase 1 consent forms and interview scripts for usability testing (Kristin started this process)
• Prioritize user stories/tasks to test (3 or 4 for 1st round, 3+ for second round if time)
• Set time to meet w/ design/content to discuss their testing preferences (which stories to they prioritize)
