General Discussion

• The product Strategy Document needs to be edited more.
• The handoff document needs everyone’s input.
• Recommendation for the next phase discussion:
  • Content and Design teams to be able to work closely together
  • Strategy and Research team to have a smaller phase before the next phase to set the tone for the rest of the project during that time.
  • There should be some usability tests on the low-fi prototype in the next phase if possible.

• Looked over the product road map from phase 1 to ensure the deliverables were as expected from each team.
