General discussion:

• Client Questions document - leads are agreeable to move foward
  • PM has reached out to client (Heather) to ask for preference between dedicated slack channel or dedicated Notion page
• Consensus to send demo slides to GJEP 24 hours in advance to enable greater client discussion / engagement during demo
  • Slides do not have to be the absolute final version with formatting/beautification but should include key points to be covered
• Expectation on team admin - teams to post following team meeting items in respective channels. Leads do not have to do this personally, responsibility can be assigned freely amongst each team.

• Notion construction - PM is working on individual team notion pages and is happy to provide a standard template/co-create. To work more closely with Design, Strategy and Research for now as Writing's Notion workspace is established.

Product Roadmap:

• Updated Product Strategy roadmap incorporating potential client deliverables presented. Deliverables to be discussed with GJEP after Sprint 3 demo as per Aiman's post above
  • Discussed possibility of having a lofi prototype as one of the deliverables, to evaluate feasibility of this depending on Sprint 3's progress
