• Strategy team to start writing the user stories and problem statements. Please refer to the Figjam for more information about it.
• Start drafting and writing the PRD for the end of Phase 1
• The PM team is working on the Handoff documents. It will be in our Notion.
  • Handoff documents to include questions like:
    • What did your team achieve
    • What are some internal and external pain points
    • What would you recommend for Phase 2
• The Handoff documents will be sent out in the next few days for everyone to fill in.
• The Writing Team is incorporating the Research Team’s data for the tone guide. They will send out a message for feedback on their current tone guide.
• The Writing Team also wants input on the SEO Analysis Document as well.
• There is a folder in the Tech Fleet Team’s Gmail for each team to store different content for everyone to look back on in the next phase.
