Demo timing discussion needed - normally Friday but considering Monday move
- Would give weekend for UX writing team to incorporate content as well
- Holiday break timing concerns for Friday demo

Graphic design team delivered assets - look good visually but accessibility issues identified
Color accessibility problems
- Pastel colors most likely not tested for accessibility
- Green on white lettering likely fails contrast requirements
- Opens client to potential lawsuits if not compliant
Missing style guidelines
- No font usage hierarchy (H1, H2, body text, captions)
- Need comprehensive brand guidelines for consistency
- Important for social media and future content creators
Font licensing concerns
- Primary font may have commercial usage limits (10,000-5,000 page views)
- Common issue in graphic design - free fonts often not for commercial use
- Need alternative font suggestions or client must purchase license

Brand asset integration more complex than initially expected
Not simple handoff - requires significant UX team work to:
- Address accessibility concerns
- Create missing style guidelines
- Propose alternative solutions
- Validate with contrast checkers
Previous experience shows brand refreshes always require back-and-forth which could take awhile/poses a possible time crunch given our sprint structure and client response time needed

First, UX team will address concerns within the overall team to discuss steps and weigh in opinions from other teams
Need graphic design team discussion via email first
- Request call to discuss unclear elements
- Address color usage, font usage, licensing concerns
- Ask about favicon versions for small icon displays
